SJ grew up in Brantford, ON and started in the business of door to door sales in his early teens. He has been in sales for most of his professional career, just over 15 years. Before Real Estate, SJ was Director of BT Sales at the world renowned Ritz-Carlton, Toronto Hotel & Residences. SJ brings all the passion and values he cultivated while working at the Ritz-Carlton to Keller Williams Energy and The Jason Van Stiphout Real Estate Team. His goal is to provide the finest, personal service in the real estate industry. His guiding principles are trust, honesty, respect, integrity and commitment. SJ is a family man who is married with two kids. Outside of work he has a passion for reading non-fiction books to ensure he is continuously learning and growing. He also enjoys writing and recently finished a fiction novel which he's hoping to publish in 2018. He is an athlete by nature and enjoys playing many sports. His biggest achievement in the endurance field was completing the Ironman 70.3 at Deerhurst, ON. He is also working on his Yoga Teacher Training, which will be completed in June 2018.

SJ is also a member of Toastmasters and one of his core commitments is to give back to community. He offers his time, creativity and skills to assist people within his city in partnership with Rotary Whitby and Rotary Brooklin.
